How a consultation works
- Your consultation starts when you tap Start consultation, and then runs continuously for the time you bought, including while Tara prepares an answer.
- It ends when the time runs out. You can add time at any point; added time continues the same consultation.
- Time you haven't started stays valid for 1 year from purchase.
- If Tara can't answer because of a technical problem, that question isn't counted and 2 minutes are added to your consultation.
- Fair use: each consultation includes a generous limit on the number of questions, well above what a person asks in that time, to prevent automated misuse.
- Question packs bought before September 2026 keep working: any unused questions become consultation time (3 minutes per question) and keep their original validity.
