Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing TaraVarta. This policy details our cancellation and refund practices for all digital credit packages (Question Packs) purchased within our mobile application.
1. No Refunds or Cancellations
All items sold inside the TaraVarta application (Question Packs/Credits) are digital goods delivered instantly to your account. Upon successful completion of your payment via Razorpay, the purchased credits are top-up updated immediately in our authoritative server database. Because these digital goods are delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not support cancellations, returns, or refunds once a transaction is successfully completed.
2. Fulfillment Issues
In the rare event of a verified technical failure where a payment was successfully processed but the corresponding credits were not delivered to your in-app account balance:
- Please email the developer at support@taravarta.com with your transaction reference number or payment receipt.
- Upon verification of the payment status, we will manually credit the purchased question package to your account. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
